Parakeet Cage Cleaning Tips
- Clean your parakeet's food and water bowls daily.
- You can use dish soap, Poop Off, or vinegar.
- Once a week change out the tray papers and give the cage a good wipe down and clean the toys, perches, etc.
- You can use a bleach-water solution outside away from your parakeet, rinsing very very well and let the cage dry in the sun.
- Be sure not to use toxic chemicals: Windex, etc to clean your parakeets things.
